<br />EXTRACT OF' MINUTES OF' MEETING OF THE VILLt-\GE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILIE, MINNESOTA, HEID t11ARCH 20, 1972 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington, <br />Roseville, t1unnesota, on the 20th day of March, 1972. <br /> <br />The follm-Ting members I-Tere present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Brennan <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5830 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears in the best interest of the Village of <br />Roseville to transfer funds to the Contingency Fund from the Liquor, <br />Sanitary Sewer and Water Funds for the year 1971, per request of <br />auditors so that salary increases will be paid by these funds and <br />not from the Contingency Fund: <br /> <br />NOH, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, ~tinnesota, that the following budgetary funds <br />be increased and decreased as indicated: <br /> <br />Fund <br /> <br />Increase <br /> <br />Decrease <br /> <br />Contingency <br />Liquor <br />Sanitary Sewer <br />\-Jater <br /> <br />4510, 1~13 .00 <br /> <br />[p 3,729.00 <br />2,559.00 <br />)~,125.00 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the <br />seconded by Member Ander son and upon <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Brennan and Linebarger. <br />and the following voted against:None. <br /> <br />foregoing resolution was duly <br />a vote being taken thereon, <br /> <br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson, <br /> <br />\vHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
