~ -" r .., " (< A.i.. ~ J <1 ~) ,".{."':;;r Ex'rRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA HELD: March 27, 1972 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof) a reqular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 27th day of March, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. for the purpose of opening and considering bids for and awarding the sale of $2,040,000 General Improve- ment Bonds Series 7 of said Village. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan and the following were absent: None ~1e Clerk presented affidavits showing publication of notice of call for bids on $2,040,000 General Improve- ment Bonds Series 7 of the Village, for which bids were to be received at this meeting, in accordance with the resolution adopted by the Village Council on February 28, 1972. Said affidavits were examined, found to comply with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 475, and were approved and ordered placed on file. The Council proceeded to re cei ve and open b ids for the sale of said bonds. The following bids were received: Bidder Interest Rate First National Bank of St. Paul Allison Williams Co.
