At least <br />thirty days prior mailed notice of redemption shall in <br />each case be given to the bank where said bonds are pay- <br />able and to the last known holder, and pUblished notice <br />of redemption shall be given in accordance \,Tith law. <br />Holders desiring to receive mailed notice must register <br />their names, addresses and bond numbers with the Village <br />Clerk, but published notice shall be effective \^lithout <br />mailed notice. <br /> <br />_11_ <br />
