<br />Extract of Minnutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the village of Roseville, Minnesota,. <br /> <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, <br /> <br />the 10th day of April, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Anderson, <br /> <br />and CounciLmen Curley, Grauel and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following wer~ absent: Mayor Linebarger <br /> <br />Councilman curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5838 <br /> <br />RE SOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON COMBINED <br />IMPROVEMENT OF 1972, SERIES 4, A <br />PORTION OF CONSOLIDATED IMPROVEMENT <br />OF 1 97 2, PROJECT B <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village <br /> <br />Council on March 20, 1972, BanJ.ster, Short, Elliott, Hendrickson <br /> <br />and Associates have prepared plans and specifications for <br /> <br />combined Improvement of 1912, Series 4. a portion of Consolidated <br /> <br />Improvement of 1972, Project B and have presented such plans <br /> <br />and specifications to the Council for approval. <br />
