<br />EXTRACT OF NUNUTESOF MÅ’ETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the thirteenth day of June, 1994, at 5:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, , and V. Johnson and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson P. Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9086 <br /> <br />PARKING PROillBITION FOR 1994 PMP STREETS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City policy requires no parking on one side of the street on streets less than 28 feet but more <br />than 24 feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City policy requires no parking on both sides of the street on streets 24 feet wide; <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that parking is hereby prohibited on the following streets that are being <br />reconstructed during the 1994 Pavement Management Program: <br /> <br />Eustis Street -- no parking on both sides <br />Mid Oaks Lane west of Mid Oaks Road -- no parking on the west and north sides <br />T. H. 36 Service Drive east of Dale Street -- no parking both sides <br />Laurie Road -- no parking on north side from Midlothian to Haddington <br />Ridgewood Drive entrance road -- no parking on the north side <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson Goedeke and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, <br />and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
