<br />THERE:E'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the <br />making of such approved plans and specifications. The <br />advertisement for Improvement No. P-72-20, a portion of <br />Consolidated Improvement of 1972, Project A shall be pUblished <br />as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall <br />call for bids upon the basis of a casb payment for such work, <br />shall state that the blds will be opened and considered by the <br />Village Manager and Village Public Works Director at ll:30 <br />o'clock aom. on May 12, 1972, in the Village Hall, that no <br />bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the <br />manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check <br />or bid bond payable to t~e manager for ten per cent (10%) <br />of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Brennan and, upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />- 2 - <br />
