The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Curley, Brennan, Anderson and Grauel and the following were absent: None f'i1embe r Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 5842 RESOLUTION RELATING TO METROPOLITAN SEWER CENEFITS BE IT RESOLVED by the Vi 11 age Council of the Vi 11 age of Rosevi 11 e, Minnesota. as follows: WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville is represented on the Sewer Service Area No.1 Advisory Board to the Metropolitan Sewer Board, and WHEREAS, on April 19, 1972, the Metropolitan Benefit Committee of the Advisory Board presented a report on the question of i"letropolitan Sewer Benefits; and, WHEREAS, on April 19, 1972, the Sewer Service Area No.1 Advisory Board took the following action: 1. The Advisory Board voted to support the committee recommendation for Metropolitan Benefit Alternative A as contained in the committee report together with the suggested improvements to Alternative A whic~ are also contained in the committee report. The Board also voted to request that the Metropolitan Council give retroactive consideration to metropolitan benefits and costs.
