<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD MAY 8, 1972. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />May 8, 1972, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen <br />Curley, Anderson, Grauel and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: N <br />one <br /> <br />Member Brennan introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5844 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that an unsafe and <br />hazardous condition exists at the following described real <br />property, to-wit: <br /> <br />The East 86 feet of the West 529 feet of <br />the North 227.17 feet of Lot 5, Michel's <br />Re-arrangement of Lots 9 to 16 inclusive, <br />Mackubin and Iglehart's Addition of Ontlotts, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to correct and remove the danger <br />to public health and public safety, the buildings thereon <br />must be repaired or removed 7 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The mayor and manager are instructed to execute <br />the Order, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked <br />Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof by reference, and the <br />Village Attorneys are instructed to take whatever action <br />is necessary in order to conclude the repair or removal <br />of the buildings herein referred to. <br />
