<br />C. Said buildings have been allowed to remain in <br /> <br />an incomplete condition for a period of time so that said <br /> <br />property now conatitutes an attractive nuisance and is being <br /> <br />vandalized. Further, said buildings are suffering damage <br /> <br />to the foundation and to the interior. <br /> <br />D. The buildings on said real propety are causing <br /> <br /> <br />danger to public health and public safety by reason of their <br /> <br /> <br />deteriorated condition and by reason of their creating an <br /> <br /> <br />attractive nuisance for vandals at the present time. <br /> <br />E. The buildings are in a deteriorated condition <br /> <br />at present but repair is possible. In order to correct <br /> <br />the danger to public health and public safety created by <br /> <br />said buildings, said buildings must be repaired or razed <br /> <br />and removed. <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> <br />A COpy OF WHICH IS ATTACHED HERETO AND MARKED EXHIBIT I: <br /> <br /> <br />1. Kenneth F. Andert and Harriet K.
