<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD MAY 8, 1972. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said <br />Village on May 8, 1972, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Brennan and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Brennan introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5845 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that an unsafe and <br />hazardous condition exists at the following described real <br />property, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lots 10 and 11, Shady Beach Addition, <br />according to the official plat thereof <br />on file and of record in the office of <br />the Regester of Deeds in and for Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the buildings on said property are in such <br />a deteriorated condition that repair is impossible and said <br />buildings presently constitute an attractive nuisance and <br />are unfit for human habitation, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to correct and remove the dangers <br />to public health and public safety, said buildings must be <br />razed and removed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The mayor and manager are instructed to execute <br />the Order, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked <br />
