<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 22nd <br /> <br />day of May, 1972, at 7:30 o'cloek p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Br.ennan and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5850 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-73-9 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Commerce Street from <br /> <br />Pascal Avenue west tothe Trunk Highway 36 service road on the <br /> <br />east side of Snelling Avenue by the installation of bituminous <br /> <br />surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities, and <br /> <br />necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefited property for <br /> <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br /> <br />Minn. Statutes Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. Statutes 1961). <br />
