<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COlJNCIL OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD <br /> <br />Monday, June 12, 1972 <br /> <br />* * <br /> <br />* * <br /> <br />* * * * * * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the Village Hall on Monday, <br />June 12, 1972. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLlITION NO. 5855 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council <br />of the Village of Rosevi11e, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />The Village of Rosevi11e had agreed by motion on <br />February 14, 1972, to enter into a Joint and Cooperative <br />Agreement to participate in a Gas Rate Study Group until <br />June 1, 1972, hereby wishes to extend said agreement to <br />December 31, 1972. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by MemberBrennan and upon a vote being <br />taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: <br />Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />Abstentions: Anderson, as he is an employee of NSP <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
