<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Vi 11 age of Rosevi 11 e, Ramsey County, Mi nnesota, was duly held <br /> <br />in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on <br /> <br />Monday, the Seventeenth day of July, 1972, at 7:30 0'c10ck P.M. <br /> <br />The fo 11 owi ng members were present: Mayor Linebarger, COlIDcilrnen <br />Curley, Brennan, Anderson and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />r~ember Grauel <br /> <br />None <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Reso 1 ut i on No. 586~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5725b REGARDING ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR A PORTION OF COMBINED H1PROVH1ENTS OF 1971, SERIES I <br />(Auditor No. 1060) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Assessment Roll for Combined Improvements of 1971, Series I, <br /> <br />as last finally amended and adopted on September 13, 1971, was filed and <br /> <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 18, 1971, for the <br />purpose of including installments thereof to~e collected along with real <br /> <br />estate taxes commencing in 1972, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, parcels of property as contained in the original assessment <br />roll as certified, was assessed as both, Boardmans Five Acre Lots, lot 14, and <br /> <br />Michels Roseda1e Addition, due to the recording date of said Michels Rosedale <br /> <br />Addition and a computer error in the Ramsey County Machine Accounting Department, <br />
