<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVlLLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council ofthe City ofRoseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, on Tuesday, the twenty-eighth day of June, 1994, at 5:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9089 <br /> <br />FINAL ACCEPTANCE, CITY PROJECT P-ST-SW-89-17 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Project P-ST-SW-89-17 on December 10, 1992,; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Arnt Construction of Hugo, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvements <br />associated with Project P-ST -SW -89-17, County Road B from Dale Street to Rice Street reconstruction, <br />storm sewer, and sidewalk; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVlLLE, <br />MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the <br />final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Mastel and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, <br />and V.
