necessary appurtenances in the general area of Oakcrest Avenue from Fry Street to Snelling Avenuer (e) installation of an under- ground street lighting system and necessary appurtenances in the area of Heatherwood Addition, generally bounded by County Road B-2, Brooks Avenue, Western Avenue and Galtier Street: (f) installation of bitumiuoue street and concrete curb and gutter on Cohansey Boulevard and Bossard Drive, north of County Road B: (9) installation of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter and drainage facilities on Belmont Lane from Fernwood to Dellwood. The foregoing are in the areas described in the legal notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and con'tracts for such work and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the makin9' of that portion of said improvement amount to $ 246,277.00 and of this cost the village will pay $ 16,395.42 as its share of the cost. NOW THEREFORE, be ii: resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $ 229,881.58 2. The Village Manager, together with the assistance of the Village Public Works Director, shall forthwi~h calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such work against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for pUblic inspection. The Village Manager may arrange for the assistcnce of the Data Processing Division of the County of Ramsey in the prepara- tion of the proposed assessment roll. 3. The Village Manager shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof for their further action and for their setting of an assessment hearing therefor. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman ('\Jrl~ , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present
