<br />necessary appurtenances in the general area of Oakcrest Avenue <br />from Fry Street to Snelling Avenuer (e) installation of an under- <br />ground street lighting system and necessary appurtenances in the <br />area of Heatherwood Addition, generally bounded by County Road B-2, <br />Brooks Avenue, Western Avenue and Galtier Street: (f) installation <br />of bitumiuoue street and concrete curb and gutter on Cohansey <br />Boulevard and Bossard Drive, north of County Road B: (9) installation <br />of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter and drainage <br />facilities on Belmont Lane from Fernwood to Dellwood. <br /> <br />The foregoing are in the areas described in the legal notice <br />thereof and the resolution thereto, and con'tracts for such work and <br />the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the makin9' of that portion <br />of said improvement amount to $ 246,277.00 and of this cost the <br />village will pay $ 16,395.42 as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be ii: resolved by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be <br />$ 229,881.58 <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager, together with the assistance of the <br />Village Public Works Director, shall forthwi~h calculate the proper <br />amount to be specially assessed for such work against every <br />assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, <br />without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall <br />file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for pUblic <br />inspection. The Village Manager may arrange for the assistcnce of <br />the Data Processing Division of the County of Ramsey in the prepara- <br />tion of the proposed assessment roll. <br /> <br />3. The Village Manager shall, upon completion of such proposed <br />assessment, notify the Council thereof for their further action and <br />for their setting of an assessment hearing therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman ('\Jrl~ <br /> <br />, and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br />
