<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD AUGUST 14, 1972 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meetinf of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on August 14, <br /> <br />1972, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Cmmcilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Linebarger introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5870 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville wishes to express its <br />appreciation to an employee who has performed an honorable service <br />for the Village as Administrative Assistant; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. James Cosby has been an employee of the Village <br />of Roseville for the past two years; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village of Roseville <br />extends to Mr. Cosby a hearty thank you for his devoted and outstanding <br />service to the Village; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Council wishes <br />Mr. Cosby the greatest of success in his future endeavors. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote bei ng taken the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br />
