<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, <br />1'1innesota, on r~onday, the Fourteenth Day of August, 1972, at 7:30 o~clock PJ'1. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Linebarger, COlmcilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilman Curley <br />its adopti on: <br /> <br />None <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5873 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENT FOR <br />STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT NUMBER ST-68-24 <br />(Auditor No. 785) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, t1inne- <br /> <br />sota as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Storm Sewer Improvement ST-68-24, as last <br /> <br />finally amended and adopted on October 8, 1969, was filed and certified to the <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County for the purpose of including installments thereof <br />to be co 11 ected along wi th real es tate taxes commenci ng in 1970, and <br />~JHEREAS, a particular error has become evident in the aforedescribed <br /> <br />assessment roll, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />amend the original assessment as contained in the aforedescribed assessment roll, <br /> <br />as follows: <br />
