<br />inspection in the office of the Village J:1anager, is approved, <br />and the Manager is directed to publisb and mail notice that the <br />Council will meet to consider the proposed assessment on <br />September 5, 1972, at the village Hall, 2701 North Lexington, <br />in the Village of Roseville, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The notice <br />shall state the date, time and place of the meeting, the general <br />nature of said improvement, the area proposed to be assessed, <br />that the proposed assessment roll is on file with the Manager, <br />and that written or oral objections thereto by any property <br />owner will be considered. It shall be published in the official <br />newspaper of the Village at least once, and shall be mailed to <br />the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll, not <br />less than two weeks prior to the date of said meeting. For the <br />purpose of such mailed notice, owners of said parcels shall be <br />those shown as such on the records of the County Treasurer. <br />Every proporty owner whose name does not appear on such records <br />(other than owners of property which is tax exempt or is taxed <br />on a gross earnings basis) shall be deemed to have waived such <br />mailed notice unless he has requested in writing that the County <br />Treasurer include his name on the records for this purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resoltuion was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Anderson <br /> <br />and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
