<br />EXTRACT OF ~HNUTES OF /.1EETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE HELD AUGUST 6, 1962 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, ~tinnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on August 6, 1962, at <br />8:00 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor ~1cGee, Trustees Reinecke, Flanagan, Kustermann <br />and Goodrich <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Flanagan introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 588 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON <br />U1PROVEMENT. <br /> <br />MiEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted <br />July 2, 1962, a report has been prepared by the Banister Engineering <br />Company with reference to the improvement of the following described property <br />in the Village of Roseville, County of Ramsey and State of ~!innesota, to wit: <br /> <br />WESTERLY SECTION <br /> <br />Comnencing at the northeast corner of Section 5, Township 29, Range 23, <br />which point is also the center of the intersection of County Road D and <br />Cleveland Avenue; thence westerly along the north line of said Section 5, <br />224.9 feet to the center line of the Northern States Power Company's <br />right-of-way; thence southwesterly along the center line of said power <br />company's right-of-way, approximately 950 feet to the extended north-south center <br />line of Raymond Avenue; thence southerly along the center line of Raymond Avenue, <br />approximately 2,100 feet to the center line of County Road C-2 and continuing <br />further southerly along the extended center line of Raymond Avenue, 700 feet; <br />thence easterly and parallel to the center line of County Road C-2, 726 <br />feet to the east line of said Section 5; thence northerly approximately 289 <br />feet to the extended south Line of Lots 18, and 3, Block .1\, Twin Valley; <br />thence easterly along the extended south line of said Lots 18, and 3, 658.6 <br />feet to the center line of Mount Ridge Road; thence northerly along the center <br />line of f,follnt Ridge Road, 411 feet to the center line of County Road C-2; <br />thence westerly along the center line of County Road C-2, 107.7 feet; thence <br />
