Curlay, Grauel, Anderson t"nd Brennan <br /> <br />and the following weJ:e absent: none <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected <br /> <br />property owners at the public assessment hearing on September 5, <br /> <br />1972, Councilman Curley then introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5880 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND <br />CONFIRMING ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />A PORTION OF IMPROVEMENT SS-W-P-ST-71-l4 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially assessed <br />at this time for a portion of Improvement SS-W-P-ST-71-14 <br />against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land affected <br />thereby has been duly calculated upon the basis of benefits, with- <br />
