EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 11th day of July, 1994, at 5:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, ¡Goedeke, wi ski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9091 RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS FOR THE YEAR 1994 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment rolls for various improvements in the City of Roseville were certified to the County Auditor of the County of Ramsey, and since the certifications, a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment rolls have been divided and conveyed, AND WHEREAS, said division requires that apportionment of the original assessments be made by the City Council of the City of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, AND WHEREAS, during the year, numerous requests to apportion the original assessments on numerous parcels are received by the City of Roseville, AND WHEREAS, it would be more expedient to allow the Public Works Director or his assigned staff to apportion the original assessments in as much as the City Council of the City of Roseville approves all apportionments prepared by city staff when requested, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby authorize the Public Works Director or his assigned personnel to make the apportionment of original assessments against all of the requested properties for the year of 1994, The City Manager of the City of Roseville is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Goedeke, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against same: None Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
