<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESarA <br />HELD - SEPTEMBER 25, 1972 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Village COlmcil of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />was held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, <br />Monday, September 25, 1972, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen <br />Brennan, Cllrley and Grauel <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Anderson <br /> <br />MemberCllrley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLlITION NO. 5885 <br /> <br />RESOLlITION DIRECTING THE COUNIY AUDITOR TO REDUCE THE ES- <br />BLISHED TAX LEVY FOR GOLF COORSE BONDS, WATER IMPROVFMENT <br />BONDS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVIMENT BONDS, ICE ARENA BONDS, <br />GENERAL IMPRCJ\TH.1ENT BONDS AND PARK BONDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $25,200' in the Golf Course Debt <br />Retirement Fund resulting in the transfer of $25,200 from revenues <br />received from the Golf Course Operations in 1972; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $56,000' in the Water Debt Retire- <br />ment Fund resulting from greater special assessments received than <br />anticipated; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $20,000' in the Sanitary Sewer <br />Debt Retirement Fund resulting from greater special assessments re- <br />ceived than anticipated; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $1,163/ in the Ice Arena Debt <br />Retirement Fund resulting from the transfer of $1,163 from revenues <br />received from the Ice Arena operations; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $146,000' in General Improvement <br />Debt Retirement Fund resulting from greater special assessments re- <br />ceived than anticipated, and balances available fram completed con- <br />struction funds; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $1,165/in the Park Debt Retirement <br />Fund resulting from prior years' levies; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COONCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESarA, THAT: <br /> <br />1. The ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1972 <br />tax levy for Golf Course Bonds - 1967 by $25,200 from <br />$25,200 to -0- <br />
