<br />EXI'RAcr OF MINUfES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD - SEPI'FMBER 25, 1972 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 25th day of Septem- <br />ber, 1972, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Brennan, Curley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Anderson <br /> <br />Member Brennan introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLlITION NO. 5886 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Code of the Village of Roseville, <br />Section 71.070 and 66.340 provides that the Village may certify to <br />the County Auditor the amounts of unpaid sewer and water charges to <br />be entered as part of the tax levy on said premises the ensuing year; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL FOR THE VILlAGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part thereof by <br />reference is a list of parcels of real property lying within the Village <br />limits which are served by sanitary sewers and municipal water service <br />of the Village of Roseville, and on which there are unpaid sewer and <br />water charges as shown on the attached :Exhibit "N'. <br /> <br />2. The Council hereby certifies said list and requests the <br />Ramsey County Auditor to include in the real estate taxes due the amount <br />set forth in Exhibit "A" for taxes due and payable in 1973. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Grauel upon a vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br />
