<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />on Monday, the <br /> <br />16th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />October <br /> <br />, 197,",,-, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, COlIDcilmen <br />Anderson, Brennan, ilirley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5888 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment rolls for various improvements for the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville were certified to the County Auditor of the County of <br /> <br />Ramsey, and since the certifications, a number of parcels of property contained <br /> <br />within said assessment rolls have been divided and conveyed, it requires that <br /> <br />apportionment of the original assessments be made by the Village Council of <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville, in order that the proper assessment can be extended <br /> <br />by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments against the <br /> <br />following described properties: <br />
