EXfFACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MI!\1NESOTA - HELD November 13, 1972 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village C01.lllcil of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 13th day of November, 1972, at 7:30 P.~1. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan and the following were absent: None. Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOllJTION NO. 5895 ~~REAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County by resolution dated October 16, 1972, classified as non-conservation land, certain land lying within the limits of the Village of Roseville; and Vv'HEREAS, a certified copy of the classification resolution together with a list of the land classified has been submitted for approval of the classification and sale of the land classified in accordance with MSA, Section 282.01, sub. 1; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the classification of the land shown on said list as non-conservation land is hereby approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Clerk be and hereby is authorized to file a certified copy of this resolution in the Office of the Land Commissioner. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Anderson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against: None '~REUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
