<br />EXTRA CT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD November 20 1972 <br />, <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on November 20 1972, <br />, <br />at 7: 30 P.M. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Anderson, Olrley, Grauel and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5898 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council adopted Resolution No. 486 <br />spreading assessments for sanitary sewer No.3 on the 13th <br />day of October , 1961, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in said resolution the following described real property <br />was assessed $835.00, to-wit: <br /> <br />Saint Paul Park <br />N 100 ft of S 300 ft of part Ely <br />of Little Lake Josephine Park of <br />Lot 16 & N 100 ft of S 300 ft of Lot 17 <br /> <br />known and coded by the Ramsey County Auditor as 79-67200-120-17, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council adopted Resolution No. 1357 <br />on the 11th day of Oct., 1969 assessing water improvement No. <br />64-7 on the same property with the same code in the amount of $550.00, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the fOllowing described real property was also assessed <br />for the above two improvements, to-wit: <br /> <br />Saint Paul Park <br />N 100 ft of S 200 ft of part Ely of <br />Little Lake Josephine Park of Lot 16 <br />& N 100 ft of S 200 ft of Lot 17 <br />79-67200-110-17 <br />
