<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br /> <br />Village Council <br />Village of Rosevil1e <br />Coun~y of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Rosevil1e, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Rosevil1e, <br />Mi nnesota, on I~onday, the Twenti eth Day of l~ovember, 1972. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />COlmcilmen ilirley, Brennan, Grauel and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5899 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 5778 <br />Entitled <br />IIRESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSI~ENTS FOR 1971 H1PROVH1ENTS, SERIES I II <br />(Auditor No. 1060) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvements of 1971, Series I as <br />last finally amended and adopted on September 13, 1971, was filed and certified <br />to the County Auditor of Ramsey County for the purpose of including installments <br />thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1972, and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution Number 5778 had been made to cancel the assess- <br />ments of $9,912.90 on a parcel of land described as 79-01500-010-81, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the cancellation of assessments on this parcel of land was <br /> <br />made in error on said assessment roll, <br />
