<br />EXTRACf OF MINlITES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE CCUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD <br />December 11, 1972 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at <br />2701 North Lexington Avenue, Ro seville, Minnesota, on Monday <br />the 11th day of December, 1972. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Cotmcilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Anderson introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLlITION NO. 5903 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Clarence Richter has been an employee <br />of the Village of Roseville for the past nineteen (19) years; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, Mr. Richter is retiring December 31, 1972; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council <br />of Roseville extends to Mr. Richter their recognition and thanks <br />for his dedicated service to the Village. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council wishes Mr. Richter <br />an active and happy life for many years to come. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />CClJNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />
