<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HEID December 11, 1972 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, December 11, 1972. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen <br />Grauel, Ande:son, Brennan and O1r1ey <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Brennan <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5904 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 412.851, a public <br />hearing was held on the 11th day of December, 1972, by the Village <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, to determine whether a certain <br />street was to be vacated. The hearing was ordered by the Council's <br />own motion. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined that no public use could be made <br />of said street and the public interest will be served by vacating said <br />street. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />It is ordered that the following section of Aglen Avenue be <br />vacated: <br /> <br />That part of a public right of way known as Aglen <br />Avenue and being the west 32.7 feet of the East <br />232.7 feet of the following described property: <br /> <br />UNPLATTED LANDS <br />East 359.8 feet, more or less, of West 521.8 feet, <br />more or less, of South 83.45 feet of North 1169.99 <br />
