<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEET ING OF THE <br />VILLAGE CCUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD <br />December 11, 1972 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village CmIDcil of the Village of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall <br />at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, <br />the 11th day of December, 1972. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Olrley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5907 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville on October 30, 1972, <br />became a member of the Minnesota Gas Rate Authority; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Joint Powers Agreement calls for the <br />appointment of a Village representative to the Authority; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Manager <br />is hereby appointed as the Village of Roseville's representative <br />on the Board of Directors of the Gas Rate Authority. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Brennan and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COONTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey Cotmty, Minnesota, <br />do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached <br />
