<br />EXTRACf OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD <br />December 11, 1972 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall <br />at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, <br />the 11th day of December, 1972. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Brennan introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5910 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville is changing its <br />insurance program and its insurance carrier for the Village <br />employees effective January 1, 1973; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that the Village Manager is <br />authorized to deal with Ramsey County officials and the proper <br />insurance agents for purposes of establishing the new insurance <br />program. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Anderson and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNfY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, do <br />hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and <br />
