<br />EXTRACI' OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VIlLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD JANUARY 8, 1973 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall at 7 :30 P.M., Monday, <br />January 8, 1973. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen <br />PJlderson, Brennan, Cllrley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5914 <br /> <br />WHERJ1t\S, the 1973 Budget was adopted by the Village Council <br />on September 25, 1972, by Resolution No. 5883; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS Resolution No.59l5 established compensation <br />schedules for 1973 regarding union employees, which requires <br />a transfer from the 1973 Contingency Fund to the respective <br />operating account within the General Fund; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council for <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that the following budgetary <br />funds be increased and decreased as indicated to reflect a gross <br />transfer of $5,328.00 from the Contingency Fund to the General Fund. <br /> <br />Increase In Decrease In <br />Appropriation Appropriation <br /> <br />General Fund <br />Street <br /> <br />$5,328.00 <br /> <br />Unallocated Contingency Fund <br /> <br />$5,328.00 ' <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
