<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VIlLAGE COONCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD JANUARY 8, 1973 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi1le, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall <br />at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on <br />MOnday, January 8, 1973, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Anderson, Brennan, Cllrley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Anderson introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5916 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville desires to increase <br />the salary of its Municipal Court Judge from <br />$11,000 to $13,000 per year; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, special Legislation by the Minnesota State <br />Legislature is required to effect such salary <br />change; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, respectfully requests <br />its Senators and Representatives to introduce and <br />support in the 1973 session, the appropriate <br />legislation for this salary increase. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Brennan and upon a vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />All present <br />and the following voted against same: N <br />one <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />CaJNI'Y OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached <br />
