<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held <br />at the Village Hall in said Village on M:mday, January 29, 1973. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen <br />Anderson, Brennan, Olrley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the follOWing <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5917 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village ha s acquired a parcel of property for <br />public and governmental purposes, namely in addition to Central Park, <br />prior to January I, 1972, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the real estate taxes on said parcel <br />of property are properly abatable on application, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS I said real estate taxes on said property currently <br />include installments of two assessments for water improvement 64-4 and <br />sanitary sewer improvement No.2, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Manager is hereby authorized to execute the attached <br />application for relief, to abate real estate taxes on the parcel of property <br />shown in said application for those taxes payable in the year 1972. <br /> <br />The installments included in said tax for two special assessments I <br />one for water improvement 64-4 and one for sanitary sewer improvement No.2, <br />are hereby authorized to be canceled as to said parcel. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Brennan , and upon a vote being taken, <br />
