<br />LEGAL NOTICE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br />STREET IMPROV.EMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Council of the Village of Roseville will <br />meet in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at 8:00 P.M. on the 10th <br />day of September , 19 ~ to pass upon the proposed assessment for <br />the Improvement of Arthur Place from County Road D south to the cul-de-sac. <br />The following is the proposed area to be assessed: <br /> <br />A sixty foot (60') strip whose center line commences at a <br />point thirty-three feet (33') south from the North section <br />line of the Northeast Quarter (NEi) of the Northwest Quarter <br />(NWi) Section 4, Tbwn 29, Range 23 West, said centerline <br />being property line Lot 12, Lake Johanna HOmes, according <br />to the recorded plat thereof on file and of record in the <br />Office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, to a point seven hundred fifteen feet (715') <br />south of the North line of said Lot 12, said point being <br />the center point of a sixty-five foot (65') radius forming <br />a turnaround and cul-de-sac of said proposed roadway. <br /> <br />The proposed assessment is on file for public inspection at my office. Written <br />or oral objections will be considered at the hearing. <br /> <br />The total cost of the improvement is $9,173.82. <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />
