<br />Extract of Minute3 of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the <br /> <br />26th day of February, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Councilman Brennan. <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5923 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT SS-W-P-73-l4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville on Grandview Avenue west of Cohansey Street to the <br /> <br />end of cul-de-sac by the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, <br /> <br />bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter and storm drainage <br /> <br />facilities and necessary appurtenances and to assess the benefited <br /> <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br /> <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. <br /> <br />Statutes 1961). <br />
