<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the village Council of the village of Roseville, ~1innesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the village Hall in said Village on Monday, the <br /> <br />26th day of February, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Anderson, Curley and Grauel, <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Councilman Brennan. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5924 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT W-P-ST-73-15 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the village of Roseville on Dellwood Avenue, south of Josephine <br /> <br />Road for approximately 600 f~et by the construction of watermain, <br /> <br />bituminous street, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, and <br /> <br />necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on February 22, <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />19 73 , hereby is declared to be signed by the required percentage <br /> <br />of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br />Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
