<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Banister, <br />Short, Elliott, Hendrickson & Associates, village consulting <br />engineers for study and that they are instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in <br />a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated <br />cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Anderson and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY } <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extrac't <br />of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said <br />Village held on the 19th day of March, 1973, with the original <br />thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and <br />complete transcript insofar as the same relates to Improvement <br /> <br />P-73-l2. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND as <br />the village this ~ tv-r:.A <br />
