<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the village of Roseville <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the <br /> <br />19th day of March, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock,p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5927 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT SS-W-P-73-l3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville on Skillman Avenue from Fairview to <br /> <br />Prior Avenues by the construction of sanitary sewer, watermaio, <br />storm drainage facilities, <br />bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter/and necessary <br /> <br />appurtenances, filed with the Council on .T;:mm~ry 25, , 1973, <br /> <br />hereby is declared to be signed by the required percentage of <br /> <br />owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br />Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
