<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, <br />Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The seven neighborhoods specified in the attached drawing are hereby approved for <br />inclusion in the 1994 Pavement Management Program. <br /> <br />2. The proposed improvements are referred to the City Public Works Director for study and he <br />is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether they should best be made as proposed or in connection with <br />some other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson <br />Goedeke and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wi ski, <br />Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, and V.
