AND WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the making of this improvement were riven ten (10) days published notice of the Counci 1 hearing through weekly pub lications of the required notice and the hearing was held and the property owners were heard thereon as of that date, it being the 27th day of August, 1962, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIlE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, AS FOLLOWS: 1.
