<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, <br /> <br />the 19th day of March, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5931 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT P-73-20 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville on State Farm Road from Commerce Street to County <br /> <br />Road B by the installation of bituminous surfacing. conczete <br /> <br />Curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances. <br /> <br />and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of <br /> <br />the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. Statutes Secs. <br /> <br />429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. Statutes 1961). <br />
