<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the village Hall in said village on Monday, <br /> <br />the 19th day of March, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5933 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT UL-73-22 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br /> <br />village of Roseville on Prior Avenue from County Road B-2 to Cleve- <br /> <br />land Avenue Service Drive and on West Perimeter Drive from Prior <br /> <br />Avenue to Cleveland Avenue Service Drive by the installation of an <br /> <br />underground street lighting system. <br />and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of <br /> <br />the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. Statutes Secs. <br /> <br />429.011 to 429.111 {minn. Statutes 1961}. <br />
