<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village <br />Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improve- <br />ment is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman ~lrley <br /> <br />and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />-,.....n~n1 !!' 1 :.T-""....r?"" <br /> <br />11T/':r, ("urlr:y, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />'"..t.... \~t.
