EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minneso- ta was duly held on the 22nd day of August, 1994 at 5:30 p.m. The following members were present: Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, Goed~ke, and v. J0hnsnn, and the fallowing were absent: None. Memberp. Johnsomntroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 9096 RESOLUTION SUBMITrING THE PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX LEVY ON REAL ESTATE TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 1995 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: The City of Roseville is submitting the following tax levy on real estate within the corporate limits of the City to the County Auditor in compliance with the Minnesota State Statutes. Fund Amount General Recreation Permanent Improvements Park Improvement Program Equipment Infrastructure Replacement Fund Debt Service 4,904,288 914,605 130,000 250,000 185,000 200,000 1,231,187 ---------- Total $7,815,080 ---------- ---------- The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Mastel and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wsiki, Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
