<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE CaJNCIL <br />OF TIfE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />HEW - March 26, 1973 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e, <br />Minnesota~ was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on Mmday, March 26, 1973, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Brennan introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOllJTION NO. 5938 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Board of Canmissioners in <br />Resolution No. 9-1593 requested that the Ramsey County <br />Delegation to the State Legislature support legislation per- <br />mitting the expenditure of Road and Bridge Funds for the <br />construction and maintenance of bicycle paths on road <br />rights-of-way; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roseville is developing a system of bicycle <br />paths within the Village: <br /> <br />NOW, lliEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council <br />of the Village of Roseville support Resolution No. 9-1593 as <br />passed by the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FUR'TIIER RESOLVED that the Village of Roseville shall <br />be permitted to designate which roadways in the Village may be <br />used for bicycle paths. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Linebarger, and upon a vote being taken, <br />the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br />
