EXTRACT OF [UNUTES OF \1EETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF HOSEVILLE HELD PJJGUST 27, 1962 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, 1'1innesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on August 27, 1962, at 8:00 p.m. The following members were present: f'E-yar HcGee, Trustees Flanagan, Goodrich and Kustermann and the following n~mbers were absent: None l\1ember Goodrich introduced the fo11owin:; resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 594 RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEOUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT l'JHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of Rosedale Drive filed with the Village Council on Jugust 3, 1962, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in confanni ty ta !'linnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. WHEREAS, the petition is hereby referred to the Village Engineer and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to ,,,hether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Hember Flanagan, and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: Mayor fleGee, Trustees Flanagan, Goodrich and Kustermann and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
