Extract of Minutes of Meeting of Village Council of Village of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: March 26, 1973 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Village Council of the Village of Roseville met in regular session at the village Hall on Monday, the 26th day of March, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock porn. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan and the following were absent: None Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 5940 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT ST-72-l5 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted January 31, 1972, the Council has directed Banister, Short, Elliott, Hendrickson & Associates, villag~ consulting engineer~to prepare a preliminary rep0r~ as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement in the gel..e."t'a:. are:!"i of Roselawn on the south, County Road B on the nor'\:hr '1:'ruilk Highway 280 on the west and Cleveland on the east by the t::oniltruction of storm sewer facilities and necessary appurt.enances. Banister, Short, Elliott, Hendrickson & Associates, village consulting engineers, were also directed to include in the report tho estinlated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whe~he= such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvemento The preliminary report and cost esJcimate have been submitted and considered by the Council ar'.d a'ce hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the Village Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. ST-72-l5.
