<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEl-1ENT NO. ST-72-l5 <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Hall, 2701 North <br />Lexington, in said village, on the 26th day of April, 1973 at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />ST-72-l5 in the general area of Roselawn on the south, County <br />Road B on the north, Trunk Highway 280 on the west and Cleveland <br />on the east by the construction of storm sewer facilities and <br />necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially <br />in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now <br />on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village <br />Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approxi- <br />mately $268,645. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be all those parcels of property described as follows: <br /> <br />That tract of land lying in the Village of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota enclosed by the following <br />described line: <br /> <br />Commencing at the southeast corner of the NW~ of <br />Section 17, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota; thence west along the south line of the <br />NW~ of said Section 17 a distance of 65l.28 feet <br />more or less to the west line of the SE~ of the <br />SE~ of the NW~ of said Section 17, the centerline <br />of Pleasant Street; thence north along the west <br />line of the SE~ of the SE~ of the NW~ of said <br />Section 17 a distance of 659.03 feet to the south <br />line of the N~ of the S~ of the NW~ of said Section <br />17; thence west 2,000 feet more or less along the <br />south line of the N~ of the S~ of the NW~ of said <br />Section 17 to the west line of said Section 17; <br />thence north 1,969 feet along the west line of the <br />NW~ of said Section l7 to the northwest corner of <br />said Section 17: thence east 5,303.2 feet along the <br />north line of said section 17 to the northeast corner <br />of said Section 17; thence south 1,774.66 feet more <br />or less along the west line of Section 16, Township <br />
