Extract of Minutes of Meeting of Village Council of Village of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: March 26, 1973 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Village Council of the Village of Roseville met in regular session at the Village Hall on Monday, the 26th day of March, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan and the following were absent: None Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 5941 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT ST-73-17 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Rosevi11e as follows: 1. By resolution adopted March 19, 1973, the Council has directed Banister, Short, Elliott, Hendrickson & Associates, village consulting engineers, to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement on Hand and Lovell Avenues between Grandview and Minnesota and between WesteI:'!. and Auarback by the construction of storm sewer facilities ~nd neces- Si'\ry appurtenances. Banister, Short, Elliott, Hendrickson & AR~ociates, village consulting engineers, were also direct~d to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improve'.' ment and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and con- sidered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the Village Manager.
